Wake up early, come on your lunch break, or hang out in the evenings! Come join us for a 1 hour HIIT style workout, our unique fitness fusion that’ll have your heart pumping in no time. Among its many benefits, participating in high intensity interval training (HIIT) helps improve coordination, reaction time, and memory. This is a class that feels good and fits with every healthy lifestyle.
